Fulcra is an AI transformation partner.

Every process in your operations is doing something important. But the ROI from applying AI varies dramatically — some processes give you 10× the return, others give you 1.2×.

Our goal is to find where AI delivers the highest return on your time and capital — and build the systems that make it real.

How we evaluate every process
01
Volume

How often it happens. Higher frequency compounds AI ROI.

02
Friction

How much manual work it takes. More friction = more time recovered.

03
Pattern density

How predictable the work is. Patterns are where AI delivers reliably.

Automated chaos is still chaos. The skill is knowing where to apply it.

After years inside growing companies, I kept seeing the same pattern — teams automating broken workflows, hoping new tools would fix what the process couldn't. They didn't. Software stacks grew, manual work grew with them.

We build AI systems to augment people's work, not to replace them.

Does any of this sound familiar?

If any of these problems show up in your day-to-day, you're not alone — and they're exactly the kind we solve.

01

Your team types the same data into three systems every day.

02

Leads sit in the inbox for hours before anyone responds.

03

Invoices and contracts are still processed by hand.

04

CVs pile up in a shared folder, and half of them don't get reviewed.

05

Customer support drowns in repetitive questions.

06

Reporting eats a full day of someone's week.

07

Dozens of spreadsheets and documents scattered across drives — nobody remembers where anything is.

08

Your team is hiring just to keep up with manual work.

09

Compliance and recurring paperwork take days every month.

Are you curious where AI creates the most leverage in your operations?

  • Voice AI agents for inbound & outbound
  • Knowledge base automation
Typical outcome: 50% faster responses, ~30% fewer tickets needing human handling

Common questions.

How is the free AI Opportunity Report different from a paid audit?+
The AI Opportunity Report is a strategic preview — based on your form answers, public information about your company, and our analysis based on benchmarks from AI implementations, it points to directional areas where AI can create leverage in your operations. It tells you where to look.

An AI Audit goes deeper, in three stages:

1. Discovery — Interviews with leadership and key team members to map how work actually flows.

2. Mapping & Strategy — We translate findings into a prioritized opportunity matrix with impact and feasibility scoring per workflow.

3. Executive Presentation — A working session to validate priorities, plus a deliverable covering scope, roadmap, top opportunities deep-dive, and exact ROI numbers per workflow.

The Report tells you where to look. The Audit tells you exactly how to execute.
What types of companies work with Fulcra?+
Mostly companies with 50 to 500 employees — across professional services, recruitment, logistics, finance, and B2B teams in general. If your team runs on CRM, ERP, or productivity tools and manual workflows are slowing you down, we can help.
How is Fulcra different from automation agencies?+
Most automation agencies sell builds and hours. We sell measurable ROI per workflow. Every opportunity gets scored on impact and feasibility before we build a single thing — if a workflow won't pay back, we tell you. We don't sell automation for the sake of automation.
What is the AI Opportunity Report?+
A personalized PDF report generated from your 16-question assessment, publicly available data about your company, and our analysis based on benchmarks from AI implementations. It includes top 3 AI opportunity areas with annual savings ranges, realistic implementation cost estimates, an ROI multiplier, and a suggested rollout sequence tailored to your industry and context. Free and delivered to your inbox within minutes.
Do we need technical expertise to work with Fulcra?+
No. We handle all technical architecture and implementation. Your team explains where repetitive and manual work eats up their time — we build the systems around that.
What processes can AI improve?+
Lead qualification, document processing, CV screening, ticket routing, internal reporting, data entry, approval workflows — any repetitive process is a candidate.
How long does implementation usually take?+
Typical workflow implementations take 3–8 weeks from design to production deployment, depending on complexity and the number of systems involved.
How much does it cost?+
AI Audit: from €2,000, priced based on company size and number of processes in scope. Implementations of specific workflows: from €2,000 to €40,000+ depending on complexity and number of processes. Every implementation is preceded by an audit, which gives you a precise scope and cost before any work begins.
Are Fulcra systems compliant with the EU AI Act?+
We design all AI workflows with EU AI Act compliance in mind — transparency, human oversight, and documentation are built into every implementation.
